We’re looking for a motivated Junior Growth & Marketing Associate to help build Qodera’s marketing presence and grow Qodera and its products.This is a hands-on, high-ownership junior role. You’ll work directly with Qodera’s leadership on content, social media, growth initiatives, partnerships, collaborations, outreach, and new ways to reach potential users and customers.Important: We currently do not have a dedicated marketing team or a senior marketer. You’ll receive business context, product knowledge, priorities, and feedback, but you should be comfortable learning independently, researching what you don’t know, bringing your own ideas to the table, and turning those ideas into action.You don’t need years of experience. We’re looking for someone who is curious, resourceful, creative, and willing to figure things out.
