We’re looking for a motivated Junior Growth & Marketing Associate to help build Qodera’s marketing presence and grow Qodera and its products.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership junior role. You’ll work directly with Qodera’s leadership on content, social media, growth initiatives, partnerships, collaborations, outreach, and new ways to reach potential users and customers.
Important: We currently do not have a dedicated marketing team or a senior marketer. You’ll receive business context, product knowledge, priorities, and feedback, but you should be comfortable learning independently, researching what you don’t know, bringing your own ideas to the table, and turning those ideas into action.
You don’t need years of experience. We’re looking for someone who is curious, resourceful, creative, and willing to figure things out.
Build and maintain Qodera’s presence across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
Research and propose content ideas for Qodera and its products.
Create and publish posts, Reels, TikToks, and simple video content.
Plan and maintain a consistent content calendar.
Research audiences, competitors, trends, and growth opportunities.
Identify potential partnerships, collaborations, creators, communities, and businesses.
Research potential customers and support outreach initiatives.
Find creative ways to attract users and customers to Qodera’s products.
Turn Qodera’s projects, products, launches, and results into engaging content and case studies.
Experiment with new campaigns, channels, and content formats.
Track marketing performance and learn from what works and what doesn’t.
Proactively bring new marketing and growth ideas to the team.
Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of relevant experience.
Strong interest in marketing, content, startups, technology, and digital products.
Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and current content trends.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
Good research and communication skills.
Creative and able to generate ideas independently.
Comfortable creating basic visual and short-form video content.
Self-learning and resourceful when encountering something unfamiliar.
Comfortable working without a senior marketer providing day-to-day marketing direction.
Able to take ownership and turn ideas into actual execution.
Based in Cairo or able to work according to Qodera’s working arrangement.
